Something a little different this weekend, a blast from the past.
Below is my 2012 homage to German director Werner Herzog’s 2010 film, “The Cave of Forgotten Dreams,” which explores the prehistoric Chauvet cave paintings in southeastern France. Herzog’s film is distinguished by a wonderfully bizarro postscript, which I lampooned with my own small followup, “The Man-Cave of Forgotten Drawings.”
This goes on for a bit, but I hope you’ll find it a rewarding six minutes of strangeness - from Herzog and myself. Originally on YouTube.
Your Postscript is refreshing - a nice addendum to the original
You must have been German in your previous life...you sound almost as demented as Herzog and that's a rare feat, ja ja, Alles Gut!
